SHEA MOISTURE 10 IN 1 MULTI BENEFIT HAIR MASQUE REVIEW.

Sometimes I'm finding myself in need for a good deep hair conditioning treatment, especially in the summer when the heat really gets to my hair it tends to become more dry and brittle.
I have recently started using a hair masque from Shea Moisture called Super Fruit Complex 10 in 1 Multi-Benefit Hair Masque. The ten benefots it is said to have are:
  • Age Defy
  • Colour Protect
  • Hydrate
  • Soften
  • Nourish
  • Anti-Stress
  • Deep Condition
  • Revive Body
  • Strengthen
  • Shine

The masque contains Marula oil, this comes from South Africa and has a very thin consistency, it is full of anti-oxidants, it's good for your hair, skin and nails. Rumour has it that elephants can get drunk when eating the Marula fruit. The masque also contains Biotin which helps to promote hair growth.
The Shea butter helps to deeply condition your hair, which helps bring back the moisture and soft feel.
A key ingredient in this masque is Superfruit, this is a mixture of Goji, Acai, Red Rasberry, Ketones and Guava Extract, this is rich in anti aging anti-oxidants.
I decided to give this masque a try because recently I have been noticing that my hair is becoming very dry, to be honest I didn't think the masque would do that much, but I was very surprised with the results.
After applying a generous amount of the masque to my hair from my roots to my ends and leaving it on for five minutes, I washed the masque away and dried my hair. I instantly noticed a difference in the softness and shine of my hair, it was also much easier to brush and de-tangle knots afterwards.
Before using the masque I was slightly concerned that my hair was damaged beyond repair so I was happy to see that it has bounced back to it's normal self. Usually in the winter I don't need to use much conditioner because my hair won't dry out due to the sun, I also don't usually use straighteners or curlers so there is no risk of heat damage.
The masque itself has a very thick consistency, the amount you need to use depends on the length of your hair, personally I have very long hair and I usually use about half a handful of product.

I would definitely recommend this masque to anybody that has aging, dry, heat damaged or brittle hair because this masque is an absolute miracle worker.
The pot is fairly large at 326ml and costs £10.99. I would buy this masque, compared to some of the others that I have used this is one of the most effective.
